Full Ground-up Reconditioning and Upgrading with 4900 miles since completion

Original parts included but replaced – Radiator, Carburetor, Alternator, Water Pump, Heads, Intake & Exhaust Manifolds, Starter, Water Pump, 4 Speed Transmission, Driveshaft, Shifter, 3.70 Differential, BB Hood, Rear Wheels w/new tires, Bias Ply Spare Tire & Wheel, Transmission X-member and Frame Mounts, T-1 Headlamps

Engine Upgrades – Complete rebuild to 10.75:1 Compression, Bored .030 over (463 CI), Dyno Rear Wheel @ 5200 RPM 400HP/400Torque, Edelbrock Aluminum Heads & Hi-Rise Intake, Barry Grant 850 CFM w/Manual Choke, Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft, Edelbrock Hi-Flow Water Pump, SEI Breakerless Ignition, Hitachi High Torque Mini Starter, DeWitt’s Aluminum Direct-Fit Radiator, L88 Hi-Rise Hood

Drivetrain & Exhaust Upgrades – Tremec 6 Speed (Viper 600/600) – Centerforce Dual Friction 11” Clutch, 4.11 Posi w/Hardened Yokes & Spindles, Custom HD Driveshaft w/Solid Caps, Hooker Long Tube Ceramic Headers (1.75” to 3”), 3” Electric Dumps, 2.5” Custom Stainless Steel Pipes, Custom Glasspacks

Suspension Upgrades – HD Front Coils, HD Composite Monoleaf Rear Spring, Adjustable Rear Struts w/Heim Joints, 1.25” Rear Stabilizer Bar, 8X15 Rallye Wheels (front), 9X16 Rallye Wheels (rear), Stainless Steel Trim Rings, Corvette Center Caps (original style)

Body was blast stripped with plastic media, Gelcoated, primed, and painted with correct code Lacquer Paint (no clearcoat), 28 coats in 3 shoots hand sanded and rubbed, final coat buffed by hand (no machine buffing). Inside storage with chamois cloth cover. Never driven in rain and no water washing.

Frame was Alkaline dipped, repaired at right rear kick-up, blasted, coated w/rust preventative wax inside, GM Reconditioning Black painted outside, Stainless Steel Brake and Fuel Lines, New Gas Tank

Brakes are new O-ring Calipers and Master Cylinder, DOT 5 Silicone fluid, Stainless Steel Lines and Hoses

Fluids – Mobil 1 Synthetic Engine oil and Differential oil, Synthetic P/S fluid, HD Standard transmission oil

Interior is reconditioned original except for new Al Knoch Carpets and KoolMat insulation


Over $90K, including purchase price, invested to have all work done by professional Corvette Restoration Shop and Machine Shop.
